Today was my first visit to Williams Family Dentistry and I’m so happy I found the type of office I’ve been searching... for since moving here 8 yrs ago. An office where you will see the same dentist and hygienist every time you go. An office that is established and truly a family owned office. My hygienist was Jenn and she did a great job and made me feel welcome on my first visit. Dr. Williams was not pushy like I’ve experienced elsewhere. I would recommend this office!read more
I'm so happy after my cleaning today! Taylor was amazing! She gave me a great explanation of what she was going to do... and what I had going on, and I left with lots of knowledge to help with my dental hygiene going forward. Going into the 2 hour cleaning I was nervous and didn't really want to do it but in the end I'm so glad that I did. Taylor made me feel like she truly cared for me and my dental hygiene. Him and his staff are GREAT. His assistant Susan ensure that everything is explained and understood. They provide all options and don't push you on one over the other. As a small business owner I don’t have my own dental insurance… I love that this dental office has an... option to buy insurance through them that includes 2 cleanings a year, annual x-rays and much more. There's never a long wait when you arrive for an appointment, even at the end of the day when things could easily be backed up. Dr. Williams is great about listening to any concerns and addressing them completely. I never feel rushed or like he's too busy to talk. He explained it was... just tooth hypersensitivity and treated it with dental varnish and gave me Sensodyne to help with lingering pain.The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the office felt very welcoming. Went in for a filling. Dr Williams numbs the pain killer injection sight so never felt the shot. Filling was very close... to nerve. Never felt the drill or the filling process.
